HOW TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
We request you to please follow the below steps if you wish to cancel the order:
1. log in to your account
2. You will find an option for " Cancellation" next to your order ID
3. Kindly select the option and select the reason for cancellation
4. You will get a confirmation mail regarding cancellation being initiated
If the order has already dispatched from our warehouse:
Your cancellation request will be processed and refund will be initiated for your order. Incase the order is still "Out for delivery" and you are contacted by our courier partner kindly refuse the accept it.
If the order has already been delivered:
We request you to please raise a return request for the order. Please for through the Return FAQ's for the same.
If the order is a Reserve and collect/Click and collect order:
If the order is "Ready to collect" at the store we request you to kindly get in touch with the store with your order ID and they shall initiate the cancellation request for your order.

Once the cancellation request has been raised you will get a confirmation mail and your refund will be initiated for your order within 48-72 hours.
WHEN DO I GET MY REFUND?
The refund will take approximately 10 days to reflect in your account.
If you do not receive the refund within 10 days, Kindly check your transaction history with the same mode of payment(Debit card, credit card, UPI) through which the order was placed.
