We have a 90-day return policy for the orders placed online on our official website and app. Please follow the below steps if you wish to place a return:
FOR ORDER PLACED ON WEBSITE:
For initiating the return online on our website, please follow the steps below:
1. Sign In to your account
2. Click on"My account"
3. Click on" My returns"
4. Click on the return button next to the product/products you want to return.
5. Fill an "Easy return form"( Reason for return)
6. Select "Pickup at home" and the pick up will be done within 7-8 working days
FOR ORDER PLACED ON APP:
You can return your order directly from the App under
1. Go to Accounts>>Purchase History>>View
2. Click on 'Your Bill Details'
3. Click on 'View Items'
4. Click on 'Return Items'
5. Next, you fill details for Return Request( Reason for return)
7. Return pickup gets initiated and the pick up will be done within 7-8 working days
You can also drop the order at your nearest Decathlon store and the store representative will help you with the refund initiation for your returned item.
FOR RESERVE AND COLLECT/CLICK AND COLLECT ORDER:
- Visit your nearest Decathlon store along with the products you wish to return.
- Please provide the order ID along with the product to the store representative.
- On verification, the store representative shall raise a refund request and the same will reflect in your account within 7-8 working days.
Terms and conditions:
- We do not have an exchange policy for orders placed online. In case of return pick up and drop at store, the refund will be initiated to the same mode of payment used at the time of placing the order. If you opt to receive an Omni card the gift card details will be sent to your registered email ID and mobile number.
- We do not accept a return on perishable goods (food and drinks), products with a hygiene concern (undergarments, sports bra), and personal safety equipment.
-You can also return the product to any of your nearest Decathlon stores in India and they will help you with the refund initiation.
- In case of any defect on the product received kindly raise a return request within 24 hours by logging in to your account.
- In case you want to return just a few products out of your entire order please pack it in the original box/package you received and mention the order ID.
The return pick up will take up to 7-8 working days.
You will get a return pick-up confirmation mail post the pick-up is done.
- If you have opted for an Omni gift card as a mode of refund the details will be sent to your registered email ID and Mobile number
- If you opted for just a refund the same will be credited to the same source of payment(UPI/Credit or Debit/Netbanking/ payments) you used at the time of placing the order within 7-8 working days
-If you do not receive the refund within 10 days, Kindly check your transaction history with the same mode of payment(UPI/Credit or Debit/Netbanking/ payments) through which the order was placed.
-If you have opted for an Omni gift card as a mode of refund the gift card details will be sent to you on your registered email ID and mobile number linked to your billing address within 48 hours of pick up is done from your location. Post checking the transaction details if you still haven't received the refund kindly drop us a mail on firstname.lastname@example.org along with the order details and we shall assist you further.
UNABLE TO PLACE A RETURN?
The order status takes 3-4 hours to be marked as Delivered post the delivery is done. Once the order is marked as delivered you will be able to raise a return request for the product you wish to return.
