Once the product has been picked up from your 'home' or 'dropped at the store', the refund gets initiated and the same will reflect the same source of payment through which you placed an order.
Time taken by the bank to reflect the amount in your account as per the mode of payment:
Debit card: 7-10 working days to the same bank account linked to the debit card
Credit card: 7-10 working days to the same bank account linked to
Net banking: 7-10 working days to the same bank account linked to the net banking
EMI: 7-10 working days to the credit card account used for EMI
UPI: 7-10 working days to the same account linked to the UPI application
Omni gift card: Within 48-72 hours of return pick up done. The gift card details will be sent to your registered email ID and mobile number provided during the billing address and not during login
EGV: Please drop a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your Order ID, Old e-gift voucher code, and our concerned team will get back to you within 48 hours.
- The shipping charge is refunded ONLY for a whole or complete order that is returned. No shipping charge is refunded for any return of partial orders.
- If the order has crossed more than 6 months and returned due to manufacturing defect and is under warranty kindly share your NEFT details at email@example.com
- Refund is processed once the pick up is done/drop at store and not since the day return is initiated
