Most Decathlon products offer a 2-year warranty while some offer a 5 - 10-year warranty.

1. For products bought from Decathlon store:
For claiming a warranty for products bought from store can be done by visiting any Decathlon stores in India. We request you to kindly provide your contact number or email ID that you had provided at the time of purchase and our store representative on checking the product will help you with refund/replacement of the same.

For claiming warranty for products bought for Decathlon App/website:
1. You can visit your nearest Decathlon store and provide your order ID to the store representative. Once the product is checked for any manufacturing defect the request for refund will be initiated by the store and the amount will reflect in your account within 7-8 working days.

2. You can drop a mail on along with the images of the product and order ID and once checked return request shall be created for your order.

Please note: We do not have a replacement option for products bought from Decathlon app/website. A refund will be initiated to your account within 7-8 working days.
