We do not have an exchange policy for products ordered from our official Decathlon Website and App. We have a 90 day return policy. Please go through the below steps in order to create a return:
FOR ORDER PLACED ON WEBSITE:
For initiating the return online on our website, please follow the steps below:
1. Sign In to your account
2. Click on"My account"
3. Click on" My returns"
4. Click on the return button next to the product/products you want to return.
5. Fill an "Easy return form"( Reason for return)
6. Select "Pickup at home"
FOR ORDER PLACED ON APP:
You can return your order directly from the App under
1. Go to Accounts>>Purchase History>>View
2. Click on 'Your Bill Details'
3. Click on 'View Items'
4. Click on 'Return Items'
5. Next, you fill in details for Return Request( Reason for return)
7. Return pickup gets initiated.
FOR RESERVE AND COLLECT/CLICK AND COLLECT ORDER:
- Visit your nearest Decathlon store along with the products you wish to return.
- Please provide the order ID along with the product to the store representative.
- On verification, the store representative shall raise a refund request and the same will reflect in your account within 10
