To initiate a refund for the " RESERVE AND COLLECT" order please follow the below-mentioned steps:
- Visit your nearest Decathlon store along with the products you wish to return.
- Please provide the order ID along with the product to the store representative.
- On verification, the store representative shall raise a refund request and the same will reflect in your account within 5-6 workings days.
Please note: We do not accept a return on perishable goods (food and drinks), products with a hygiene concern (undergarments, sports bra), and personal safety equipment.
