We do not have an exchange option for orders placed online. A refund will be initiated to your account once the return request is raised.
FOR ORDER PLACED ON WEBSITE:
For initiating the return online on our website, please follow the steps below:
1. Sign In to your account
2. Click on"My account"
3. Click on" My returns"
4. Click on the return button next to the product you want to return.
5. Fill an "Easy return form".
6. Select "Pickup at home"
FOR ORDER PLACED ON APP:
You can return your order directly from the App under
1. Go to Accounts>>Purchase History>>View
2. Click on 'Your Bill Details'
3. Click on 'View Items'
4. Click on 'Return Items'
5. Next, you fill details for Return Request
7. Return pickup gets initiated.
Please note: We do not accept a return on perishable goods (food and drinks), products with a hygiene concern (undergarments, sports bra), and personal safety equipment.
You can also return the product to any of your nearest Decathlon stores in India and they will help you with the refund initiation.
Due to lockdown restriction, return pick up will take up to 20 days. Return pick up won't take place in areas falling under containment zone. Please be assured that we will pick up the order once we don't have any restrictions in the containment zone.
FOR RESERVE AND COLLECT:
- Visit your nearest Decathlon store along with the products you wish to return.
- Please provide the order ID along with the product to the store representative.
- On verification, the store representative shall raise a refund request and the same will reflect in your account within 10 workings days.

You will get a return pick up confirmation mail post the pick up is done. Your refund will be initiated within 48 hours of pick up done and the refund will reflect in your account with 10 working days.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not receive the refund within 10 days, Kindly check your transaction history with the same mode of payment(Debit card, credit card, UPI) through which the order was placed.
Post checking the transaction details if you still haven't received the refund kindly drop us a mail on email@example.com along with the order details and we shall assist you further.
