On receipt of your order, if you find a missing item in your order kindly follow the below step:

Please drop a mail at care.india@decathlon.com along with the image of the order you received as well as your order ID within 6 hours of receiving the order. Our concerned team will look into the same and get back to you with an update within 48 hours.

Please note: In certain circumstances due to the volume of the product the order is dispatched in different packages. In this case, once the mail is dropped our team will help you with an update of your package which is due to be received.
